Belfast Exposed is delighted to welcome Naomi Conway as new Office Manager

Naomi Conway, Office Manager will join the team at Belfast Exposed from August 2011. She will work closely with Director, Pauline Hadaway to ensure the smooth operation of the gallery, archive and community photography programmes alongside financial record keeping and reporting for the organisation. This is a new role and will be central to the organisation’s future development.

Naomi's career in Arts Administration and Management started at the Old Museum Arts Centre where she worked as Administrative Officer for more than 5 years before taking up the post of Development Officer at the Rural Arts Project. Here she initiated and supported community arts projects across Craigavon, Dungannon and Omagh District Council's. For the last 12 years Naomi has worked with the Ulster Association of Youth Drama, a support and development body for youth theatre across Northern Ireland. As Administrator she managed all aspects of the company's administration and finance as well as co-ordinating events and performances.
